Taylor Swift‘s Lover album is already a huge seller before even coming out.
The 29-year-old “Me!” star’s forthcoming album already has almost one million pre-sales, according to label Republic Records exec Monte Lipman via Variety on Tuesday (August 20).
“The anticipation of this album is extraordinary, with pre-sales quickly approaching one million copies globally,” he said.
If you didn’t know, Taylor‘s reputationwas the last album to sell a million copies in its opening week back in 2017. It has since sold 2.2 million copies. 1989 has sold 6.2 million copies in the United States.
