Talib Kweli's new single "Traveling Light," featuring Anderson .Paak. drops Friday (Nov. 17).
Produced by Kaytranada, "Traveling Light" is the second time Kwa and Anderson have connected for a song, the first being "The Dreamer" from the Cali crooner's Malibu album. So far Talib Kweli has released two singles from his "Radio Silence" project, "She's My Hero," a song about Bresha Meadows, the abused Ohio teen who shot her father. He also dropped the Rick Ross and Yummy Bingham-assisted "Heads Up, Eyes Open" and shared a thought-provoking video for it. In addition to that, Kweli linked with Blu on the lyrical gem "Fight Night," off the Canadian production team Beatnick & K Sallam's album Bluest Flame. As far as the Radio Silence LP, some of the features include Jay Electronica, Waka Flocka, BJ the Chicago Kid, Bilal and Robert Glasper.
