Miley Cyrus Announces New Single “Malibu”

After months of cryptic clues, Variety revealed that Miley Cyrus is releasing a new single called “Malibu” on May 12.

The song was co-written and produced by Oren Yoel, the man behind “Adore You” and Dead Petz highlights “BB Talk” and “Space Bootz.”

As for the rest of Miley’s new album, Billboard reveals that she wrote a song for Hillary Clinton and another for women in the workplace. However, it’s not overtly political. “This record is a reflection of the fact that yes, I don’t give a fuck, but right now is not a time to not give a fuck about people,” the 24-year-old opines. “I’m ­giving the world a hug and saying, ‘Hey, look. We’re good — I love you.’ And I hope you can say you love me back.”
