Mariah Carey is back with her 15th studio album, Caution. The new release dropped on Friday (Nov. 16) on all streaming services.
The album contains just 10 tracks, capping in at 38 minutes long. However, there’s no shortage on the amount of material or the amount of features. The legendary singer calls on Ty Dolla $ign, Slick Rick, Blood Orange and Gunna for the project. Three of the tracks on the album were released before the official drop, “GTFO,” “With You” and “A No No.” Earlier in the year, Carey said that this album is a labor of love to her longtime fans, the “Lambily.” “There’s a nice cross-section of things… This is a labor of love and I’m really excited…My fans just want to hear me express myself and speak from the heart and sing from the heart.” Says Mariah. Other than her latest album’s release, the soundtrack to her 2001 movie Glitter recently topped the iTunes album charts. She also recently announced she’d be going on a world tour to support Caution in 2019.
