Lil Xan Leaves Rehab After Claiming He's Sober and Clean

After two weeks in a drug rehabilitation program, Lil Xan checked himself out and sober.

The "Live or Die" rapper announced the good news to his fans on Twitter early Sunday morning (Dec. 16). He simply posted: "Out And Sober 🙏🏼💔."

Xan's struggle with prescription drugs reemerged last month when he admitted to relapsing. “As far as my sobriety goes right now, there was a long period of time where I was clean but I relapsed,” he told TMZ.com.

A few days later, he notified fans that he was going to check in to rehab for his drug problem. On Dec. 2, he took the final step officially admitted himself into a rehab facility. The rapper's girlfriend Anne kept fans abreast of his progress.

"Diego was just admitted into his first treatment," Annie said in an Instagram post. "He loves each and every one of you sending good wishes and prayers to him. We thank you all so very much for all of the love and support you are sending his way."
