A new video premiering May J.'s theme song written for the upcoming new superhero film Ultraman Geed the Movie has been released. The song, called "Kizuna Infinity," showcases the J-pop singer's wide-ranging vocal abilities and is a fitting soundtrack to the latest installment of the Ultraman saga. The inspiring lyrics about knowing one's weakness and the strength of cooperation were written by the prolific lyricist Yukinojo Mori, known by anime fans for the classic "Cha-La Head-Cha-La" and other songs used in the Dragon Ball Z series. The music was composed by Hiroki Horiko and arranged by Kosuke Ohshima, both veterans in the Japanese music industry. May J. comments that she's truly honored to sing the theme song for the long-running superhero franchise, which she used to watch on TV as a little girl. "I feel that Ultraman's strength and kindness encourage not only boys but also girls," she says. "I'll sing my heart out so that I can make people smile like Ultraman does."
