Gorillaz have released a surprise new track titled "Garage Palace" featuring British rapper Little Simz, and yes there is a video accompanying the track. Keeping with the band's highly stylized and cutting-edge videos, they collaborate with illustrator McKay Felt and director Noah Harris sets "Garage Days" to a retro 8-bit video game visualizer. The video features the four virtual Gorillaz members and an animated rendering of Little Simz encountering all the obstacles of an '80s arcade game. The single is their first since "Strobelight" in August and will be one of 14 unreleased tracks included on the Super Deluxe Vinyl Boxset for their 2017 album Humanz. The vinyl reissue will consist of 14 uniquely packaged 12-inch vinyl discs, each featuring a song from Humanz paired with an unreleased bonus track. The release will also include a 54-page book of Gorillaz artwork illustrated by co-creator Jamie Hewlett. Little Simz will support Gorillaz on their upcoming tour dates, which will see them play the U.K. and Europe throughout November and December.
