Elle King’s Husband Arrested for Domestic Violence Weeks Before Split

Elle King confirmed that she and Andrew Ferguson, whom she secretly married in March, have broken up after Ferguson was reportedly arrested for domestic violence.

It's reported that King and Ferguson were arguing on April 23 when things escalated into a physical fight. Ferguson allegedly grabbed King by the throat with both hands, threw her onto a bed and shouted “I’m gonna f—ing kill you.”
Police arrived to find King covered with scratches and marks. Ferguson was ultimately arrested and booked for felony domestic violence but King decided not to press charges, and blamed the whole incident on over-partying.

King revealed for the first time that she and Ferguson were married in a Tuesday (May 16) Instagram post, and asked followers to be “respectful of our emotions and our space” in light of the subsequent breakup.
