BTS sold out all of their North American and European dates for their upcoming stadium tour, Love Yourself: Speak Yourself.
The tickets went on sale on the morning of March 1, and the online stampede to the Ticketmaster queue was swift. The ticketing site even trended worldwide on Twitter. The five tour dates span Metlife Stadium in New Jersey, Soldier Field in Chicago, Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles, Wembley Stadium in London and Stade de France in Paris. According to Metro UK, Wembley Stadium’s 90,000 seats sold out in 90 minutes. Turns out the demand for tickets in London was so high, Wembley added another date for June 2. Tickets for the additional date can be purchased via Ticketmaster on March 8. UPDATE: BTS will add five additional shows due to the success of ticket sales. The Five shows will be held at Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles on May 5, at Soldier Field in Chicago on May 12, at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey on May 19, at Wembley Stadium in London on June 2 and at Stade de France in Paris on June 8. The announcement came a day after the sale all tickets sold out for their scheduled month-long stadium tour from early May, titled "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself." Following the tour of the two continents, BTS plans to move to Japan's Osaka where they will perform from July 6-7 at Yanmar Stadium Nagai, to be followed by the final concerts, from July 13-14, at Shizuoka's Shizuoka Stadium Ecopa.
