Meek did it. After fighting a legal battle against an "allegedly" vindictive judge, Meek earned his freedom earlier this year.
Since then, Meek has beenn working on a project to reintroduce him back to the Hip-Hop forefront. Following the release of two singles, "Oodles O Noodles Babies" and "Uptown Vibes," Meek Mill has touched down with his new album. Championships features appearances from Drake, Fabolous, Jay-Z, Rick Ross, 21 Savage, Cardi B, Kodak Black, Jeremih, PnB Rock, Future, Young Thug, Ella Mai, Anuel AA, Roddy Rich, and Melii. The star-studded album still gives Meek enough time to shine solo though, running for 19 tracks. The album begins with an epic intro, in typical Meek fashion. Using a sample of Phil Collin's famous "In The Air Tonight" Meek slaughters a rancourous flow and displays the reasons why he is a true champion. Stream Championships below.

The Questlove for Williams Sonoma Collection includes everything a gourmet popcorn aficionado could dream of, like avocado spray oil and three different Questlove-approved seasoning flavors. The second is the Glow Bowl I designed that will make your popcorn happy when it's laying in there and you happy when you're scooping it up with your hands on date night or at a holiday gathering.â This collaboration is just the latest way the Grammy winner is showing his passion for food and entertaining. Earlier this week, Azealia Banks announced her very own social media platform, Cheapy XO, which is set to debut soon.
The details of the platform are unclear, however, it does have the same name as her soap brand. This announcement comes after the Harlem rapper previewed her verse on the Tekashi 6ix9ine Kanye West-assisted song, “Feefa.” She revealed that this version was a demo that didn’t end up on the Dummy Boy album because of Nicki Minaj. “High key flamed both kanye and tekashi on this,” she wrote at the time. “I recorded this a few weeks ago. Since it’s leaked may as well throw my bid in. This is a rough demo.”
Today (November 28) Spotify released two new Mac Miller recordings as part of their on-going Spotify Singles franchise. Both tracks were recorded live at Spotify's New York City studio before Miller's tragic death in September.
As with most Spotify Singles releases, the two-track EP contains a live version of one of the artists' recently released album cuts or singles and one live cover. First up is an "acoustic" piano-led take on Mac's "Dunno" off Swimming, his last album from earlier this year. The second track is melancholy, minimalist take on Billy Preston's uptempo 1974 hit "Nothing from Nothing." While Miller's album version of "Dunno" features synths and electronic blips in its production, Mac's vocals over nothing but gorgeous keys gives the track a haunting quality. Additionally, The brevity of the "Nothing from Nothing" cover, along with Mac's soulful crooning, makes it an intriguing, nostalgic moment. The two new recordings could be two of Miller's last. Listen to both tracks on Spotify here. Mac Miller died suddenly on September 7, 2018, at just 26 years old. Miller passed after overdosing on a deadly mix of fentanyl and cocaine.
