P!nk recruits Channing Tatum for her latest music video for “Beautiful Trauma.” In the music video released earlier today (November 21), P!nk and Magic Mike dreamboat give off the appearance of a quintessential couple, but behind the scenes of their placid lifestyle is an environment loaded with drugs, role play, gender-bending, and a bit of Fifty Shades of Grey-esque activities, if you know what we mean.

Forbes magazine says the singer earned $105 million over a yearlong period stretching from June 2016 to June of this year. Beyonce’s earnings were boosted by her “Formation” world tour last year, which Forbes says grossed $250 million. Runner-up Adele also enjoyed a successful year on the road. Her tour raked in $69 million on top of her earnings from record sales. Taylor Swift, Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez complete the top five highest female earners in the business. Dave Chappelle will air his final stand-up special for Netflix next month.
His new comedy special, Dave Chappelle: Equanimity, will premiere on the streaming network on Dec. 31. The program will be his final project for Netflix as part of his three-special, $60 million deal. His previous specials, Dave Chappelle Live at the Hollywood Palladium and Deep in the Heart of Texas: Dave Chappelle Live at Austin City Limits, were the most-viewed specials in Netflix history. Netflix posted a teaser for the special with some help from the network's hit series, Stranger Things. In the clip, the Demogorgon was no match for Eleven but Dave wanted in on the supernatural action. On a side note: the music playing in the background is the Wu-Tang Clan's "My Only One" from their fantastic compilation album, The Sage Continues. Chappelle has had a great year so far. Dave performed two sold-out multi-show residencies in New York and Washington, D.C. He received an honorable citation from New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and the key to Washington, D.C., at his at his alma mater, Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
Marshmello and Selena Gomez first released a teaser video for their collaborative single "Wolves" that features the pop singer dancing about her fancy Los Angeles home in nothing but a silk robe. Now, she takes a steamy shower under the watchful eye of surveillance cameras in the official clip.
The video was premiered exclusively via Apple Music on Friday (Nov. 17) available to watch in full with a subscription here. Otherwise, the singer suggested it will go wide on YouTube at a later date.
While doing promo runs on their press day in Los Angeles earlier this week, BTS mentioned Zedd as one of their dream collaborators.
After a Few social media shout outs, Zedd responded to the request. In a simple tweet, Zedd ended his message for the group with a "Let's do it!"—to which the group's official Twitter account replied the same way. Be sure to tune in to the American Music Awards tomorrow night to see BTSperform their song “DNA”! 2 Chainz just dropped the video for "4 AM," featuring Travis Scott, from his Pretty Girls Like Trap Music album that came out in June. Most of the video takes place in a hotel room, which makes the party seem wilder. It's far easier to turn up and get crazy in a place that's being rented and isn't your own, and this is a good time in a small place. "4 AM" and the Pretty Girls Like Trap Music LP dropped six months ago, and it's still worth examining 2 Chainz's flow and lyrics here. He uses different and very distinctive cadences for each of his verses on the song. His word play is slick too, and it seems that he's taken a bigger interest in being lyrical over the past couple of years or so. Not to say that Chainz didn't spit solid bars before, but since he was featured on Chance The Rapper's "No Problem" a while back, he's been killing his verses. After the Pretty Girls album, it'll be interesting to see what 2 Chainz's next LP will sound like. Taylor Swift Adds Los Angeles 'Reputation' Pop-Up Dates After Overwhelming Fan Response in New York11/18/2017 Taylor Swift's New York City Reputation pop-up shop demanding a complementary Los Angeles pop-up shop.
From Sunday (Nov. 12) to yesterday (Nov. 16), NYC-based fans could visit a Swift shrine in the form of a building at 11 Fulton Street. Inside was the opportunity to take a photo sitting on a golden throne surrounded by rubber snakes -- inspired by her "Look What You Made Me Do" video -- and exclusive merch. Reputation was released last Friday (Nov. 10) and is already the biggest selling album of 2017, selling over one million copies in its first four days of release. Information regarding official L.A. Pop-Up dates and operating times is still pending. In the meantime, Swifties with access to AT&T can watch new series The Making of a Song on Taylor Swift NOW -- DIRECTV NOW, DIRECTV (Channel 1113) and U-Verse (Channel. 1501). Swift's Pop-Up Shops have been created in partner with AT&T. After teasing their new single earlier this week, Lauren Jauregui and Steve Aoki dropped "All Night." The new collaboration brings Lauren's soulful vocals together with Steve's EDM production to make a song that's full of emotion while making you want to move. Lauren sings about finding a new crush and how she's so taken by this person that she doesn't want the night to end. Steve has praised Lauren's talents and found it to be a pleasure to work with her in the studio. “I’m such a fan of Lauren and her incredible voice,” he said in a statement. “Working together was a no-brainer for me – she is crazy talented and I’m so proud of this song. I can’t wait for you all to hear it.” And the respect is mutual. "Working with Steve was such an incredible experience, I love his energy and am such a fan of what he brings to the music,” Lauren also said in a press release. “This song was so special to work on, perfecting and vocal producing, and writing. I can’t wait for the world to have it! So grateful to Steve for trusting me and my process." Victoria Secret's annual fashion show is to take place in Shanghai, China, on Monday, and while the 33-year-old pop star was set to perform at the event, multiple sources tell ET that she had to cancel after being denied a Visa into the country. China apparently took issue with a dress Perry wore during a 2015 performance in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, according to Page Six, who was first to break the news. The sequin ensemble was emblazoned with two sunflowers, which have become a symbol for a group of anti-China protesters. In addition to Perry, 22-year-old model Gigi Hadid tweeted on Thursday that she would not be walking the show as planned. "I’m so bummed I won’t be able to make it to China this year," she wrote. "Love my VS family, and will be with all my girls in spirit!!" Another source reports that Hadid was also denied entry into the country after she seemingly made fun of Buddha on an Instagram story earlier this year. In the video, Hadid is squinting her eyes to imitate Buddha's face on a cookie she's holding up. Not long after the video was posted, Hadid issued an apology on social media. "It hurts me to hurt anyone, and I want you all to know that it was never my intent to offend anyone through my actions and I sincerely apologise to those who were hurt or felt let down by me," she wrote. "I have the utmost respect and love for the people of China and cherish the incredible memories I have made while visiting in the past. I have learned to be very careful of how my actions can come off or be portrayed and I’m hopeful you’ll accept my apology." Perry and Hadid aren't the first celebrities to be denied entry into China. In July, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture declared that Justin Bieber would no longer be able to perform in the country in an effort to "purify" China's entertainment industry. This is not the first time Katy has pissed off the Asian culture. Back in 2013 Katy's AMA's performance was criticized due to he cultural appropriation outfit. |
