A promising singer competing on America's Got Talent, Brandon Rogers was involved in a car crash in Maryland on Saturday (June 10) and died the following day in the hospital. The site reported that Rogers was discovered by AGT producers who saw his cover version of the 1994 Boyz II Men classic on Instagram, a killer version that even earned props from the group. While a spokesperson for the show could not be reached for comment at press time, a source reportedly told TMZ that no decision has been made yet on whether the Rogers segment will air in an upcoming episode slated for next month; Rogers' family reportedly said they would like the performance to air. America's Got Talent released the following statement about Rogers' death: “We are deeply saddened by the tragic passing of Dr. Brandon Rogers, who graced the America’s Got Talent stage as a contestant. Our thoughts are with his family.”
