After weeks of hype, Aaron Carter was excited to announce that his new song "Don't Say Goodbye" was finally debuting on Spotify's New Music Friday.
But there was a problem with the release...the vocals were missing. Carter announced the glitch in a tweet to his fans, writing "We found out there is a technical difficulty. My vocal is missing. If you like it now, wait till you actually hear it with me on it!!"
Carter said he would update fans when the problem was fixed.
The song is the first new music from Carter since he entered rehab in October following an arrest in July on DUI and marijuana charges. He's been promising the song -- the first single from his upcoming album LøVë -- for several weeks, announcing in a press release that “if there is one lesson I've learned this year, it is to not dwell on the past, but to live for the future and I am so excited for what the new year will bring my musical career and my life.”
