Lauren Giraldo's Debut Single 'Only Lovers'

Digital media star Lauren Giraldo is getting ready to release her first EP, andBillboard has the exclusive premiere of her debut single, “Only Lovers.” Watch its lyric video below.

The 19-year-old Giraldo -- who gained popularity through Vine, where she collected more than 3.3 million followers -- will take the new tune out on the road when she goes on tour beginning Feb. 15 in San Francisco. The EP is due out in mid-2017.

“‘Only Lovers’ is such a special song for me,” Giraldo says of the pop track, which she co-wrote. “It’s the first time that my audience will get to hear my original music. ‘Only Lovers’ is written about emotions I was dealing with and writing the song was such a freeing and rewarding experience! After waiting for so long to release my original music, I am so excited to share this exciting moment with everyone that has been supporting me since the beginning of my career and I can’t wait to perform live for everyone.”

​Giraldo has 1.6 million followers across Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. She also hosts her own Fullscreen show, Lady Bits, which premiered on Jan. 10.
