Lady Gaga Performs New Song “The Cure” at Coachella

Lady Gaga performed her new single "The Cure" at Coachella.

During her headlining set at Coachella last night, Lady Gaga ran through hits from her discography and recent cuts from her 2016 album Joanne. She also debuted a brand new song, “The Cure,” then announced its immediate release.

Gaga replaced Beyoncé as a headliner when Bey pulled out of the festival in February due to her pregnancy. Later this year, Gaga will go on a huge world tour behind Joanne. In 2016, she played three intimate shows as part of a “dive bar tour” preceding the album release. The Coachella performance follows her Super Bowl performance earlier the year.
