Kiiara Debuts Stripped-Down Version Of 'Messy,' Announces Headlining Tour

Popstar Kiiara drops a stripped-down version of her latest single “Messy,” released today (July 12).

The 23-year-old singer-songwriter is already taking the music world by storm, and “Messy (Stripped)” highlights her soulful vocals, giving the track potential to grow even bigger. 

“This song is something familiar to so many people. It’s about ending it before someone gets hurt. Not getting into a relationship or calling it one because that’s when you start to become emotionally invested," the singer said in a statement. "It ends up going nowhere because you’re scared to feel those emotions. Falling for someone is scary and it’s not something you anticipate, it just happens when you least expect it”

Kiiara has also announced a headline featuring ABIR that will kick off this fall in Chicago, IL. Tickets for Kiiara’s tour are available here beginning Friday, July 20 at 10 A.M.
