Following the release of BTS WORLD and the announcement of their upcoming film, BTS has just released a brand new original Japanese track called “Lights,” alongside a music video. In the vein of some of BTS’s previous offerings, the melodic track tackles love and self-acceptance— all the while showcasing the septet's awe-inspiring vocals. “Lights” was released as part of Lights/Boy With Luv, which also includes Japanese versions of their hits “Boy With Luv” and “Idol". It’s already breaking some major records. “This song really encapsulates bts’ overall messaging. they really make it a point to write songs about encouragement and self-love :’) THE WHOLE SONG FEELS LIKE A WARM HUG,” a fan noticed on Twitter. “This song is honest and heartwarming. Words people of any age need to hear,” a fan also commented after examining the track’s powerful lyrics. “As a struggling young adult, Namjoon’s lyrics always make me fragile,” another one wrote.

The song boy in luv was one of the BTS songs that I really like. This boy band has a big impact on me. They were one of the reasons why I have survived my depression. I really love their songs and their power to tell it to the crowd. Many bands today are like them, but not sincere as them. I am really proud of what they have achieved in life. I do hope that they would not disband even if they will go to military enlistment and encounter a lot problems in the future.
