YouTube Originals announced that BTS’ full-length documentary will be released on the site on Friday at 9 a.m. ET. There will be a release countdown launched Tuesday through the new YouTube Premieres feature, which will also feature an exclusive highlight video for the film. Burn the Stage: The Movie offers a behind-the-scenes look at BTS’ 2017 Wings tour, which drew more than 550,000 fans throughout 40 concert dates in 19 cities around the world. The documentary grew out of last year's YouTube Originals series BTS: Burn the Stage, and features extended narrations, studio interviews and other exclusive content, including an interview with Bang Si-hyuk, the founder and CEO of Big Hit Entertainment. YouTube Premium is currently available in 29 countries, including the United States and South Korea. Along with the news of Burn the Stage: The Movie heading to YouTube this week, BTS' new concert film is set to be the largest-ever event release in cinemas upon its release at the end of the month.
