BTS Announces 'BTS World' Release Date

BTS officially announced the release date for their new mobile game, BTS World.

The game, which is a “story-based mobile simulation game” that lets fans become BTS' manager, will be released June 26 worldwide and June 25 in the U.S. It will be available on any iOS and Android devices.

According to a press release for BTS World, “Players will encounter various missions where they will select certain BTS member cards to clear the mission and progress through the game." Players will also be able to connect with members virtually through a 1:11 interactive system and the game will feature "an all-new, original soundtrack from BTS leading up to the launch, starting with a sub-unit song by Jin, Jimin, and Jung Kook of BTS."

The app will even give BTS fans access to 10,000 exclusive new photos and 100 video clips.

For now, players can enjoy the pre-registration site, where they can play a "mini-game" that gives them an introduction to the game, a BTS story and "special sneak peek" of the game's "mobile function."
