Bea Miller's New LP 'Aurora', Is on The Way Next Week

Bea Miller's is set to release her sophomore album, aurora, Friday, February 23.  

Aurora is the final chapter to a year-long story arch following Bea's personal journey as she experiences the stages of a relationship ending.  Arriving just weeks after her 19th birthday, it features all the songs on chapter one: blue, chapter two: red, and chapter three: yellow, plus five new tracks, charting Miller's evolution and tracing her creative and emotional progress in vivid color, literally and figuratively.

• In chapter one: blue (released Feb. 24, 2017) Bea realizes her relationship is a delusion, "like a beautiful wave that becomes a devastating hurricane."
• In chapter two: red (released June 2, 2017) Bea has to pick up the broken pieces of herself and move on.
• In chapter three: yellow (released Oct. 6, 2017 ) Bea reclaimed her self-confidence in "repercussions," her body in "S.L.U.T.," and her voice in "to the grave."
• aurora - (out Feb. 23, 2018) - refers to the goddess of the dawn, who renews herself every morning, and is also a figure that signifies women's empowerment.  That empowerment is evident on the defiant "motherlove."  This chapter also represents light at the end of the tunnel, a new beginning, and for Bea, a new boyfriend ("crash&burn").​
