African American Man Harassed by Neighbor Who Didn't Believe He was a Tenant in the Building12/26/2018
A new video was released with another tenant being racially profiled in a New York City Apartment building.
Chika Okafor. a producer for Bleacher Report, was in the lobby of his Upper East Side apartment building last week, waiting with a friend for an Uber, when another tenant went on the attack, suggesting they didn't belong in the building. Okafor explained he lived in the building, but the white tenant didn't believe them, claiming he'd lived in the building for 27 years and had never seen Okafor before. The 29-year-old Okafor said he'd lived there for a year, but the white tenant wanted proof, and demanded to know his unit number. Watch the altercation below.

Joey Graceffa is back with new music after the release of the new song and video, as well as the pre-order for his forthcoming EP with the same name. “WELCOME TO MY #KINGDOM 👑 I’m so excited that it’s finally here, I hope you love it! Pre-order the album & get the single “Kingdom” INSTANTLY!” he tweeted Christmas night. Joey hasn’t released any new music or music videos in three years, since his coming out single “Don’t Wait.” “Kingdom” is a follow up/sequel to “Don’t Wait”. Frank Ocean released another episode of his Blonded radio show on Beats 1 Christmas Day (Dec. 25). Co-hosted by Vegyn and Roof Access, the hour-long Christmas-themed episode featured music by a mix of hip-hop, pop and rock artists, including Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Big Star, Prince, Paul McCartney and more. See the full track list below.
Prior to his Christmas episode, Ocean's last show on Apple Music coincided with the U.S. midterm elections on Nov. 6. The special-edition episode was billed as "blonded Midterms Pt. 1," which saw Vegyn and Roof Access holding down hosting duties. The Blonde artist touched on politics during that hour-long episode, denouncing several voter-suppression tactics, including gerrymandering. Ocean even admitted that he'd be just fine with having his taxes raised for the good the people. Neither his holiday-themed show nor his midterm elections episode featured new music by Ocean. In mid-November, the singer posted a clip of what sounds like a new song on his Instagram story, but hasn't teased anything since. About a year ago, Ocean cryptically hinted at new music by posting a photo on his Tumblr of a person wearing a green hat that read, “IF YOU LIKED 2017, YOU’LL LOVE 2018.” Ocean hasn't release a full-length effort since he dropped the visual album Endless and the Billboard 200 leader Blonde within days of each other in Aug. 2016. Tyra Banks is reportedly not returning as the host of America’s Got Talent.

She will not be returning to AGT in the new year.” Terry Crews will be hosting America’s Got Talent: The Champions, a spin-off series featuring winners, finalists, and other successful contestants from AGT and other Got Talentfranchises from around the world. The show premieres on January 7 and will run for seven weeks.

Meghan Trainor got married to actor Daryl Sabara in a private ceremony at the pair's Los Angeles home on Saturday (Dec. 22).
Trainor confirmed the news of her nuptials to People, telling the magazine, "It’s the beginning of an awesome, whole new life. I got way more than I ever wished for." Around 100 guests attended the backyard ceremony on Saturday, which was also Trainor's 25th birthday. Trainor wore a Berta gown with Badgley Mischka heels and Norman Silverman jewels. The "All About That Bass" singer then changed into a lace suit by Rita Vinieris, which she paired with Aldo sneakers, for the reception. Trainor first met Sabara, star of the Spy Kids film series, in 2014. Two years later, Trainor's pal Chloe Grace Moretz set them up and the pair were engaged by the end of 2017. Sabara, 26, inspired Trainor's third album, Treat Myself, which is due in 2019. He also sings on the album. This article originally appeared on The Hollywood Reporter. Demi Lovato broke her silence on the overdose that nearly killed her and made it clear it was a near-death experience.
Demi went on social media to say she's "grateful to be alive," and is now sober and getting the help she needs. She goes off on the media for making up crap about her to sell stories, saying, "If I feel like the world needs to know something, I will tell them MYSELF." Demi continues, "Someday I'll tell the world what exactly happened, why it happened and what my life is like today but until I'm ready to share that with people, please stop prying." Demi almost died earlier this year after OD'ing at her Hollywood Hills home. She was hospitalized for 10 days before going to rehab for extensive treatment. She's been back in L.A. for a while now, clean, sober and healthy. She says she needs space and time to heal, adding, "All my fans need to know is I'm happy and clean and I'm SO grateful for their support." |
