Gomez debuted her new song “Wolves” Wednesday, and the track includes an EDM-style chorus with lyrics like, “I’ve been running through the jungle/I’ve been running with the wolves/To get to you.” She collaborated with producer Marshmello for the track, which she previously teased on Twitter.
The wavy guitar kicks the song off and builds into a high powered track that lets Selena's vocals bounce off the beats. "I've been running through the jungle/ I've been crying with the wolves/ To get to you, to get to you/ I've been down the darkest alleys/ Saw the dark side of the moon/ To get to you, to get to you," she sings on the chorus. "Wolves" seems to a personal tune for Selena. "The song is very beautiful and personal and have a whole story of its own," she told Zane Lowe in an interview. "And weirdly, at the same time, I was working on it in Japan. I was going through stuff, too. It's mirrored everything."

Snoop Dogg just dropped his latest single, “3’s Company.” The bouncy track features bars from O.T. Genasis and a smooth hook sung by Chris Brown.
Over whining synthesizers and hand claps, the trio encourages the sexy ladies to shake their booties and the fellas to c-walk on the dance floor. "3's Company" will appear on Snoop's upcoming eight-track EP Make America Crip Again. The collection, which arrives on Oct. 27, will feature guest appearances from Kid Capri, October London, Ha Ha Davis, plus production assists from Ben Billions, Dam Funk and others. “It’s just good music," said Snoop. "Certain people feel like we should make America ‘great again,’ but that time they’re referring to always takes me back to separation and segregation so I’d rather Make America Crip Again.” Listen to Snoop Dogg's song "Three's Company" here. Normani Kordei has officially announced that she signed a solo deal with S10 management and we can't help but wonder if this is the beginning of the end for Fifth Harmony. With just four girls left, Normani, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui, promised to keep on going. But, with Normani's new deal set in place, will they be able to keep that promise?
S10 Entertainment and Media is run by Brandon Silverstein. He said in a statement to Billboard magazine, "Normani is an incredibly special artist and I am excited to work with her." He also took to his personal Twitter account to express how happy he was that the Fifth Harmony superstar had signed on with his company. He wrote, "Couldn't be more excited to welcome @normanikordei to @s10ent. Ready to see you shine. Incredible music on the way. Stay tuned ... Normani has yet to make an announcement about it on Instagram. However, she did add her own statement to Billboard. She said, "I found a great partner in Brandon and S10. We are going to make magic together." To make things clear, there has been absolutely no talk of the group splitting up ever since Normani decided to sign a solo deal. However, it's hard not to speculate. Normani is going have her plate full when it comes time to record her own music. There's no telling how many solo songs she plans on creating but if there's an album in the future, that's going to be pretty hard to juggle with Fifth Harmony on the side. Before Camila left the band for good, she was recording her own music too. She collaborated with Machine Gun Kelly and Shawn Mendes. But, she never signed with a different management team. Ally went off on her own and lent her vocals to a track with Lost Kings and A$AP Ferg over the summer. Lauren also did her own thing with Halsey. Yet, a solo deal was never part of the project for anyone else but Normani. While we hope that this only means more work for Normani and not the end of Fifth Harmony, there's really no telling what is going to happen to the girl group in the near future. Their first album as a foursome wasn't quite as successful as the others they dropped with Camila. Could this mean that they are ready to call it quits and go off on their own? Not sure. Again, the girls have yet to provide any evidence that there is trouble in paradise, however, Normani's solo contract could be a red flag. Camila Cabello plays many roles in the new music video for her hit single “Havana” with Young Thug. The video opens on Cabello as a gorgeous telenovela actress, who has just walked in on her lover in bed with her best friend and the maid. It turns out, it wasn’t her lover, but her lover’s twin. Her actual lover ‘comes out of the closet’ for her, and gets down on one knee. The scene pans out to show the old fashioned television that real-life Camilla Cabello was watching the telenovela on, before the television cuts to black and the viewers are introduced to a new scene. Latin superstars Lele Pons and LeJuan James play Cabello’s bickering family, the ‘extra’ sister and fast talking abuelita respectively. Pons is going out dancing with her friends, and James advises that Cabello go with her and “start living [her] life.” Cabello opts to stay in and watch another telenovela with her abuelita, eventually sneaking out to catch another at a movie theater. The movie shown at the theater takes form of a traditional music video, with Cabello now clad in a fringe covered red dress, strutting around the club and dancing with various men across the floor. Her real-life crush shows up, and Cabello’s final telenovela form chooses self-love over the boy. “Wait a minute. That’s it? That’s the ending? You end up alone,” Cabello shouts to herself on the screen from her seat in the audience. The actress responds, “Hey sweetie. If you don’t like my story, go write your own,” and Cabello dances her way home and into love’s arms. It appears as though 13 Reasons Why actor Brandon Flynn and "Too Good At Goodbyes" singer Sam Smith are in a hot and heavy romance. The two celebrities, who are both open in the LGBTQ community, were caught locking lips by TMZ in New York City. Based off the looks of their PDA, it is safe to say they look like a couple for sure.
Previously, the 23-year-old actor has been linked to his 13 Reasons Why co-star Miles Heizer. Despite the fact that some fans were totally convinced they were more than friends, Brandon shut down the rumors once and for all. "You just let it be. People want to talk about what they want to talk about. I like to kind of remain a mystery. That way people can see me do more stuff and believe me doing more stuff because that's all I want to do – is tell stories for everyone," Brandon said in an interview. Brandon has also been super vocal about standing up for LGBTQ rights, and the 25-year-old powerhouse singer commented on one of his powerful posts.
Frank Ocean has released a visual essay and accompanying text in a new piece for i-D. Check it out here.
The 32-page series includes photos shot in L.A.; among them are several self-portraits and a shot of filmmaker Spike Jonze. “Summer two thousand and seventeen,” Ocean writes. “We leaned into it.” Elsewhere in the text, he touches on Rick & Morty (“I'll never know why or what’s with campouts for Szechuan sauce at McDonalds”) and listening to Tim Ferriss podcasts on stage, and writes that the photos, “as Karl Lagerfeld would say,” came to him in a dream. He concludes, “If you liked two thousand and seventeen then you'll love two thousand and eighteen.” See the photo essay on i-D.
Taylor Swift shared three videos on Instagram Monday morning (Oct. 23) teasing her upcoming music video for "...Ready For It?" -- which will be unveiled on Thursday night (Oct. 26) -- giving a glimpse at the video's cinematic sci-fi take on the second Reputation release. In a series of intense clips, Swift is first seen covered by a black cloak, then bares it all as a supernatural being in a nude thermoptic suit -- giving the illusion of being naked-- battling mysterious creatures. The shockingly awe-inspiring visuals pay tribute to sci-fi classics like The Fifth Element, ultimately giving new meaning to the song.
Get ready for the futuristic (and racy) video by watching the clip below.
XXXtentacion was involved in another fight with a fan during his performance at the 2017 Rolling Loud music festival over the weekend. Footage have surfaced of the Florida rapper performing his song “Look at Me” while crowd surfing the audience. Suddenly, it appears that someone or multiple people attempt to assault him. A fight breaks out and X can be seen punching one fan with his microphone. X would later released a statement on the incident via his Instagram feed. “I’m just letting everyone know ahead of time that I punched someone in their face today because I was assaulted while I was performing,” reads the statement, according to XXL. “So before anybody sees the video and makes an assumption, I’m gonna beat everyone to it and let everyone know. Yo, I ended up punching someone because they punched me in my shit.” This isn't the first time XXXtentacion scrapped with a fan while he was rocking the mic. Back in June, the 17 creator punched a fan right in the face after he touched his chest. The victim looks totally stunned as he holds his mouth. X then yells at him before security steps in to quell the situation. That wasn't the only brawl that happened at the Rolling Loud Festival. Bay Area rapper Lil B was jumped by A Boogie With da Hoodie's crew before he was to hit the stage. The brawlers allegedly took the Based God's computer so he couldn't perform his set. Nevertheless, Lil B said that he holds no ill will to A Boogie and hopes to make peace with him. Hopefully, fighting with fans won't be a common occurrence at XXXtentacion's future concerts.
Justin Timberlake is back to the Super Bowl halftime show.
I DO have the time. Half the time...#PepsiHalftime #SBLII @Pepsi @NFL @JimmyFallon @FallonTonight JT posted a vid Sunday that confirmed reports he was performing at Super Bowl LII, with his and Jimmy's mini skit playing on the phrase "have the time" ... which quickly morphed into "You're doing the halftime show at the Super Bowl??!!" As we reported ... the rest of 'NSYNC could possibly join Justin onstage during his performance, which seems even likelier now that he's definitely got the gig. Can't say the same for Janet Jackson, though. She was recently mum on rumors about a possible reunion, ya know ... after 2004 and all.
