Influencer-model-turned-recording-artist, India Love has released her latest musical offering “Talk Yo Sh!t,” available on all DSPs. India’s new single and music video are reflective of her growth not only as an artist, but as a young woman. India begins by employing her own form of braggadocio rapping to talk her sh*t, and then segues into a verse about self-confidence and self-love. The record was co-written by India herself and executive produced by will.i.am, who signed her to his i.am.MEDIA imprint. The playful, vintage visuals were shot in one continuous take on an iPhone X by director Shadae Lamar Smith. “ The real message that I wanted them to grasp is that none of that [materialistic things] really matters without self-love. That's why I added the spoken word parts. You can have the best and the flashiest diamonds, Rolexes and all that stuff, but really when it comes down to it, self-love is really the key component to everything,” said India of the song in an interview with Paper Magazine. Most recently, India released the single “Trouble” on August 17 via Amuse. The video, which debuted on WorldStarHipHop, has accumulated over three million views.

Nelly has settled with the woman who claimed he raped her on a tour bus.
The woman, Monique Greene, claimed last October she was at a club in Seattle where Nelly had performed. She says after the show she was drinking and hanging out with Nelly, who invited her on his tour bus. She claims once on the bus he assaulted her and had both oral and vaginal sex against her will. Afterward, Greene says she screamed she wanted off the bus and she was thrown off and Nelly threw a $100 bill at her and said, "Bye By." Nelly countersued, claiming the sex was consensual and she defamed him. Prosecutors dropped the case after Greene refused to cooperate. A rep for Nelly says both parties agreed to dismiss their cases and no money changed hands. Lauv and Julia Michaels make such a good songwriting duo on “There’s No Way” The talented musicians released their music video for the new collab on Thursday (September 27). “Writing with Ari is equal parts funny and serious. He’s the kind of person that can tap into an emotion and then say something random to break up the heaviness in a room. I love that about him,” said Julia of their collaboration. “Julia is an absolute legend not only as a songwriter but just as a human being. The first time we met we didn’t even write a song, we just talked about life and emo bands and stuff. A few days later me, her, Justin Tranter and Ian Kirkpatrick got into the room and wrote ‘There’s No Way.’ For me the song is about meeting someone and immediately feeling that connection where you can’t help but have crazy chemistry, and though your lives don’t quite line up in that moment, you know someday everything could go down between you two,” said Lauv. Avril Lavigne debuted a gorgeous music video for her comeback single "Head Above Water" on Thursday (Sept. 27). "Head Above Water" is Lavigne's first song in three years. The seven-year wait for Tha Carter V feels extreme, even for someone who once released a series of mixtapes called Sorry 4 the Wait. It’s not really Wayne’s fault, of course. The album was delayed time and time again by Cash Money, whose label head Birdman allegedly blocked Wayne from releasing it, sparking a three-year legal battle between the longtime confidants. In the meantime, actual shots were fired at Wayne’s tour bus, Young Thug nearly appropriated the Carter name, and—thanks to a bizarre plot twist involving “Pharma Bro” villain Martin Shkreli--The Carter V faced potential seizure by the U.S. government. All the while, Wayne has stayed busy with an absurd amount of mixtapes and guest appearances. Here’s the improbable path to an album Wayne once said would be his last. Shawn Mendes just made his dope song “Lost In Japan” even better, thanks to Zedd! The singer-songwriter released a cool new mix of his song on Thursday (September 27). “Lost In Japan” is the second official single from Shawn‘s self-titled third studio album following “In My Blood.” “When we decided to make ‘Lost In Japan’ the next single, I wanted to do an exciting remix for the song, and with Zedd being a good friend and such an amazing artist, it felt natural to ask him to collaborate on it. What he did with it is so incredible and I’m so excited for the world to hear it,” said Shawn. “I was really excited when Shawn asked me to work on a new version of ‘Lost In Japan.’ I tried to fuse both of our worlds together and bring us both to a place we wouldn’t have gone to by ourselves. It’s my favorite song from the album so it was super fun to put my own touch to it,” said Zedd. Daz Dillinger arrested for possession of marijuana in his Georgia home and is facing multiple felony charges.

Daz allegedly also had 10 THC pods, THC oil, a THC vaporizer ... and a container in his home studio labeled "Cannabis Lean." Daz's bond's set at $15k/ Gloria Allred and several of Cosby's victims appeared outside the courthouse and spoke briefly with reporters. Gloria said, “This has been a long journey to justice for all of the accusers. We’re glad the judgment day has finally come for Mr. Cosby”
Cosby has been remanded and will be locked up immediately. According to witnesses in the courthouse, Cosby emptied his pockets and removed his tie before being taken into custody. Bill Cosby will serve 3 to 10 years in a Pennsylvania state prison. The judge just announced the length of sentence. The judge has denied Cosby bail. If Cosby serves the full term, he'll be 91 when he's released. In imposing the sentence, the judge said, "I'm not permitted to treat him any differently based on who he is or who he was." The judge added, "As she [Constand] said, Mr. Cosby, you took her beautiful, healthy young spirit and crushed it." He told Constand, "I heard the very clear impact on your life." SiriusXM will acquire Pandora in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $3.5 billion, the companies announced Monday morning.
According to the announcement, the deal will create the world’s largest audio entertainment company, with more than $7 billion in expected revenue in 2018. It also moves SiriusXM and its parent company, Liberty Media, aggressively into the streaming market. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019 and is subject to approval by Pandora stockholders, expiration or termination of any applicable waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and certain competition laws of foreign jurisdictions and other customary closing conditions. In June of last year, after months of circling, SiriusXM struck a deal to invest $480 million in Pandora. The cash purchase stock gave the satellite radio company a 19% stake in Pandora, and included a provision to curb SiriusXM’s ability to take over the entire company by limiting SiriusXM from acquiring more than 31.5% of Pandora without the approval of the Pandora board. In an interview at Goldman Sachs’ Communicopia conference earlier this month, Pandora CEO Roger Lynch gave no indication that the deal was in the works, saying only that since the purchase Liberty has been involved “on a board level and as an investor, they have not been involved at an operational level.” Childish Gambino was injured Sunday night in Dallas during a concert.
