Taylor Swift's brand new video for "Delicate," is the second video treatment for the track on her Reputation LP and is guaranteed to get your head spinnin'. Swift, who released a more glamorous video-version of "Delicate" earlier this month, scaled things down and went back to her roots (a bit literally) with a brand new version released to Spotify Friday (you can watch the full clip here). The new installment finds Swift in a wooded area, spinning round and round as she shares her fears of messing up a new relationship. The original video, which dropped on March 12, finds Swift dancing like nobody's watching after her character discovers that she's devolved from sought-after Hollywood starlet to completely invisible passerby.

Chvrches have released another single from their upcoming third album, Love Is Dead, called 'Never Say Die' "'Never Say Die’ is one of my favorite songs on the record because it really leans into the juxtaposition of what we do—the mixture between the dark and the light,” singer Lauren Mayberry said in a statement, per Pitchfork. “It’s melodic and direct but uses some of the gnarliest sounds we’ve ever tried.” She also said it’s one of the first songs they recorded with Greg Kurstin (Sia, Adele), who co-produced the record alongside the band. "Never Say Die" follows “My Enemy," featuring the National's Matt Berninger, and "Get Out," both released earlier this year. Love Is Dead is expected May 25. Listen to "Never Say Die" below. Tommie Lee failed to appear for a hearing Wednesday in Fulton County, Atlanta over her arrest in 2016 on charges that included DUI and driving without a license. Her no-show triggered a warrant for her arrest.
One day before she failed to appear in court, prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Tommie's bond for the 2016 case after allegedly attacking a mall employee last month. Tommie was booked for misdemeanor battery for the alleged mall altercation. Fabolous was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly assaulting the mother of his child, "Love and Hip Hop" star, Emily B,
Fabolous turned himself in to cops in Englewood, NJ -- where he and Emily live. We're told Emily first contacted police, telling them Fabolous had hit her. The rapper was accompanied by his attorney when he went to the police precinct. He didn't spend time in jail ... instead, he was cited for the alleged incident and given a ticket for his court appearance. Emily and Fab have 2 children together, ages 2 and 10. After releasing the Offset-assisted "No Drama" and the Future-assisted "Faded Love," Tinashe shares her new video for "Me So Bad" ahead of the Joyride release. In the colorful music video, Tinashe takes over the tennis court as she lobs a few pink tennis balls over the net. While she may not be the next Serena or Venus Williams, the singer looks good while she does it, sporting a yellow plaid skirt and white boots. Later in the "Me So Bad" video, Tinashe is joined by Ty Dolla $ign, who sings his part from the driver seat of a golf cart. Rapper French Montana also makes an appearance in the video, rapping while Tinashe dances next to him. Tinashe's long-awaitied third studio album, Joyride, is finally set to release on April 13. Earlier this week, the singer shared the tracklist for the upcoming project. As expected, Joyride will feature Tinashe's three previously released singles and will also include a guest appearance from Little Dragon on the song "Stuck With Me." Joyride was originally supposed to serve as a follow-up to Tinashe's 2014 debut offering, Aquarius, but was hit with multiple delays due to what the singer called "creative differences." In between the wait, Tinashe dropped the the 2016 project Nightride. Corey Feldman has been rushed to the hospital after he says a total stranger stabbed him in the stomach and then escaped.
Corey says he was stopped at a traffic light Tuesday night in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley -- with a security guard -- when 3 men approached the car. He says while his security was distracted by the 3 guys, a car pulled up and another attacker jumped out, stabbed him and fled the scene. Corey rushed to a hospital after the attack, and that's when LAPD was informed of the attack. Cops are now investigating, but Corey thinks he knows who's responsible. He says he's been getting online threats from some group of people he refers to as the "Wolfpack." Corey adds, "I have reason to believe it's all connected! Enough is enough!" Law enforcement sources say that, although Feldman claims he was stabbed, there was no evidence of a laceration ... no cut to his abdomen. Cops tell us they don't know if Corey suffered any other injuries, but there was nothing visible on his body. He was admitted to the hospital in stable condition. UPDATE 7:30AM PST: Cops now say there is some sort of mark on Corey's abdomen. Cops believe it was a road rage incident and the call went out as an assault with a deadly weapon.
On Saturday (March 24), The Weeknd teased fans with Instagram posts that seemed to indicate a new album was in its final stages. On Tuesday, (March 27) he got the Internet even more riled up with another enigmatic post that hints the record may be dropping this Friday.
The new piece of evidence is a screenshot of a text conversation, with the cryptic message "Should we drop Friday? I'm indifferent to be honest." Charlie Walk has resigned as president of Republic Group.
The news comes two months after the exec and The Four judge was put on leave amidst sexual misconduct charges. On January 29, Life Lab founder Tristan Coopersmith wrote an open letter to Walk, detailing the fear and disgust she felt during her year of employment with him. From lewd comments made in his office, to a forceful proposition during a party at his house, she laid out everything he did to make her feel uncomfortable and unsafe in the workplace. In February, four more women came out with allegations against Walk in an exclusive Rolling Stone article, detailing incidences that occurred during his time at Columbia, Epic and Republic, where he'd been since 2013. Walk has denied all claims. "I did not do these things and this is not who I am," he said in a statement for the Rolling Stonestory. "Throughout my career I have always sought to conduct myself professionally and appropriately. It is upsetting to be presented with false claims from long ago that I know to be untrue and were never reported. I support the national discussion taking place right now because I believe fully in the importance in treating everyone with respect and dignity at all times." Republic Group gave a short statement about Walk's exit to Billboard: "Republic Records and Charlie Walk have mutually agreed to part ways.”
After sharing two new singles earlier this year, Tinashe took to Instagram on Wednesday (March 28) to reveal the tracklist for the record and tease another song.
"Joyride 4/13 + guess which track is coming out on Friday?" she wrote simply. Among the tracks included are the previously released "No Drama," featuring Offset, and Future-assisted "Faded Love," plus a collaboration titled "Me So Bad" with Ty Dolla $ign and French Montana, which will likely be the single arriving on Friday.' Joyride was initially slated to follow Tinashe's debut album, Aquarius, in 2016, but has been pushed back repeatedly due to what Tinashe has cited as "creative differences." In the interim, she released 2016's Nightride, a half-mixtape, half-LP meant to tide fans over. The English town of Aylesbury, which lies just northwest of London, on Sunday unveiled a David Bowie statue called "Earthly Messenger."
It features several likenesses of Bowie and his alter egos over the years, with Ziggy Stardust, a character the music icon had debuted at Aylesbury's Friars music venue in the 1970s, at the front, the BBC reported. Speakers mounted above the life-size art piece are playing a Bowie song every hour. The statue was designed by sculptor Andrew Sinclair, who used the mask taken from Bowie's face during the filming of The Man Who Fell to Earth, to create the likeness. The statue in Aylesbury's market square was made possible by a Kickstarter campaign launched by music promoter David Stopps who used to work at Friars. Bowie died of cancer at the age of 69 in early 2016. |
