Remy Ma just released a Nicki Minaj diss song titled "shETHER." While Nicki and Remy's issues have been going on for a while, this track comes in response to Nicki's recent verse on Gucci Mane's new song "Make Love," where she popped off some shots in Remy's direction.
In various interviews, Remy has been very vocal that the industry pits women against each other. So Remy took the high road and avoided any direct beef between the two, but there was still plenty of speculation and what many inter-webers perceived to be subliminal shots.
Remy dropped a few bars focusing on the rumor of Nicki Minaj having a surgically-enhanced ass with the following line:
“I don’t think y’all understand how bad her ass got/The implants that she had put in her ass popped/I was like damn 90 days and you couldn’t have box/Did she at least compensate by giving you mad top/Her name Minaj right she ain’t throw you some mad thots.” Accusations of Nicki using a ghostwriter also came up, as Remy rhymed, “Niggas done seen Drake penning Wayne penning/And since your first boyfriend left bitch ain’t winning.” There are many more gems in this diss track that you can hear below:

Marcus Clark, a stylist for Niykee Heaton’s “Bad Intentions” video, has hit Migos with a lawsuit claiming they stole $20,000 worth of clothes from the video shoot last year. According to Clark’s suit (via TMZ), Migos allegedly stole three Enfants Riches Déprimés shirts worth $18,138, and two pairs of vintage sunglasses (Versace and Les Copains) worth $700. The stylist claims that he contacted the artists several time to retrieve the shirts but haven’t gotten a reply. The closest he got was a text from Migos’ manager saying “That’s over wit.” Clark is so angry over the situation that he’s suing for the clothes and he’s seeking over $1 million in damages. Ally Brooke is the latest member of Fifth Harmony to team up with an outside producer, teaming up with Lost Kings. On Wednesday, the Los Angeles-based EDM duo shared a snapshot of Brooke in the studio with them.
“Look at what we up to…” they captioned a black-and-white photo, the color version of which Brooke shared on her own Instagram. Brooke’s studio session with Lost Kings comes after former group member Camila Cabello‘s collaboration with Cashmere Cat (“Love Incredible”), as well as Lauren Jauregui‘s work with Steve Aoki. Clarkson announced last June 2016 that her next LP will be the bluesy record she’s been dying to make for years, gives a nod to her big-voiced American Idol roots with “Love Goes On,” a new duet released today (February 24) with Aloe Blacc. Straight from the soundtrack for The Shack, which hits theaters on March 3, the song is wistful soul at its most relaxed and powerful, and includes harmonizing that’s as warm as dusk sun. “In my dreams you would come to me / Through the door, like before / When I wake, every breath I take / Is for you, that would do,” Clarkson croons alongside breezy percussion and assenting guitar strums. Clarkson told Entertainment Weekly in September 2016 that recording her new album had awakened her inbuilt musical instincts, and that she’d even begun to surprise herself with how naturally she’d been laying down tracks. “Well, I’ve actually always wanted to make this album and I just haven’t been able to,” she said. “While it is still pop, it’s way more soulful. Even the producers that have worked with with me before, Greg Kurstin and Jesse Shatkin, [are amazed]. I literally just got a long email from Jesse going, ‘Oh my gosh! Why have you not made this record yet?’ Because the sound is so innate in me.” Beyonce has just canceled her show at Coachella, because her pregnancy makes it just dangerous. "Doctor's orders" are the reason for bailing on the festival. She performed at the Grammys less than 2 weeks ago, but was seated for most of it. Obviously, doctors don't think it would be wise to even attempt that kind of low-impact performance at Coachella 2 months from now. Sources say they are now looking for a replacement, and Beyonce says she'll be back to headline in 2018. Depeche Mode are trying to ensure fans get the best possible seats for their upcoming North American tour.
Although the group hasn’t announced any U.S. dates for the Global Spirit Tour yet — and they’re booked in Europe through late July they’re thinking ahead they’ve opened what they’re calling a “digital waiting room” where fans can get first dibs on tickets. “Depeche Mode are coming back to North America,” the band writes. “And this time, they’re doing something different. Before scalpers and bots, true fans would line up at the box office for days to get tickets. This is the same thing, but online. Claim your spot in line by signing up below, and the higher your spot, the better your access to tickets during the fan pre-sale. End up at the very front of the line for your city and you’ll be invited to meet the band before the show.” Vanyaland reports that heavy demand crashed the presale site after its Feb. 22 launch, but as of this writing, it’s running normally; if you’re interested in getting in line for tickets, fill out your information here. While fans wait for more tour dates to be announced — and for Spirit to arrive in stores — they can whet their appetites with the record’s recently released leadoff single, “Where’s the Revolution.” In another innovative move, the band is also allowing fans to run their Facebook page for a year. The 2017 Woodies are returning to SXSW in Austin, Texas on Thursday, March 16 at 11/10c. Rap legend Rick Ross will host and perform at the big show! Keep it locked right here for updates on festival and main show performers, who will no doubt be a crop of the hottest up-and-comers!
“The Woodies have always been cool,” said Ross. “I performed at the Woodies with the Clipse [in 2009], and I’ve been back a few times, but my new album Rather You Than Me will be up in stores on the 17th, so it just felt right to mesh all the dope concerts, a lot of dope artists and really just the culture.” As Ross mentioned, his ninth studio album is just weeks away, and it’ll be his first release on Epic. Plus, he said the project is his best work, and once it drops it’ll prove that he’s one of the best. After months of speculation on whether Cheryl and boyfriend Liam Payne are expecting a baby and a kinda confirmation from Niall Horan, Cheryl has finally confirmed she is pregnant. Cheryl will be on the cover of UK tabloid The Sun on February 23, the newspaper revealed, boasting her baby bump. The former Girls Aloud singer, who first met Liam when she was a judge on The X Factor back in 2008, has remained as tight-lipped as Liam about their status. Liam’s sister Ruth Gibbins spoke up on behalf of their right to privacy in December, writing, “Bump or no bump, announced or not,it’s completely up to my brother and cheryl what parts of there [sic] private lives they choose to share and when.” BREAKING BUZZ NEWSSean Kingston was beaten up badly Tuesday and TMZ reports that Migos did it. But the story has some holes and the group is not wanted by cops yet. Law enforcement sources say it happened late afternoon at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Vegas. Kingston and the guys from Migos got into it over an argument involving Soulja Boy and the 3 members of Migos beat Sean badly, allegedly kicking him and stomping on his head. Law enforcement told TMZ someone from Sean's camp pulled out a gun and fired once, but didn't hit anyone. That person was detained by security and turned over to the Vegas PD. By the time cops arrived both Sean and Migos had left. A short time later Sean was pulled over for a traffic stop. He was questioned but did not name names. #SnitchesGetStiches Police Reportedly want to speak with Migos, but they are quick to add members of the group are not "wanted" by cops. Story developing ...
