Taylor Swift and Zayn dropped Fifty Shades Darker's  “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever.”

Missy Elliott, Lamb and a cadre of space cadets release new video, “I’m Better”.

The hip-hop legend goes minimal in this slow groove, Autotune-heavy number which dropped overnight with a stylized, can’t-look-away clip.

Directed by Dave Meyers and Elliott, the video is loaded with lasers, floodlights, angles and wild choreography (arranged by Sean Bankhead and Elliott). 

Tony Bennett will be doing the honors of introducing his leading lady to the Super Bowl halftime show stage on February 5 in video form, Pepsi has confirmed.

In a new press release from the PepsiCo brand this week, the food and beverage company revealed the full extent of their Super Bowl 51 promotional plans, including a commercial for Pepsi’s new premium bottled water LIFEWTR featuring John Legend‘s “Love Me Now,” as well as a Pepsi Zero Sugar countdown to Lady Gaga’s halftime performance before Mother Monster hits the stage, led with a pre-produced 10-second video starring Tony Bennett.

“In the 10 seconds before the Pepsi Zero Sugar Super Bowl LI Halftime Show, the brand will countdown to Lady Gaga’s epic performance with an unforgettable lead-in featuring legendary singer Tony Bennett. PepsiCo’s Creators League Studio produced the lead-in,” the press release proclaims.

This is just the latest collaboration between Gaga and Bennett in their longstanding creative relationship ever since working together on a duet of “The Lady Is a Tramp” for Bennett’s 2011 studio album, Duets II.

Ahead of the upcoming show, Pepsi’s teased Gaga’s forthcoming halftime performance with behind-the-scenes footage that includes confirmation of the inclusion of “Bad Romance” in her set list, which you can watch below.
Super Bowl 51 kicks off at 6:30 PM ET on Sunday, February 5.

Following on the success of last year's late summer anthem 'Cold Water', international superstars MAJOR LAZER - the collaborative project of Diplo, Walshy Fire and Jillionaire - release their brand new single, 'Run Up', featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR & NICKI MINAJ. The track will be released via Because Music this January 27th.

Following their biggest year to date that saw previous singles 'Cold Water' and 'Light It Up' go platinum as well as 'Lean On' top over 1.5 mil sales (becoming the second most streamed song of all time), Major Lazer are set to kick in 2017 in true dancehall style with the release of 'Run Up'.

Nickelback signed to a new label and are working on their ninth studio album. 

BMG is reporting that they’ve signed the group to a new deal. Zach Katz (U.S. President, Repertoire and Marketing) stated, “We are thrilled to welcome the legendary Nickelback to BMG. For us, the opportunity to work side by side with a band of their caliber, with an exceptional body of work reaching the highest levels of global success, truly speaks for itself. We are excited to let the world experience their extraordinary new music soon.”

“We are honored to partner with the global BMG team and look forward to releasing new music for our fans,” began Nickelback in a collective statement. “Sharing our vision and passion with such a dedicated team while being surrounded by some of the greatest music artists of all time is very humbling and we couldn’t be more excited.”

The band’s last album, No Fixed Address, was released in 2014 and was their first album to not receive Platinum certification in the U.S. since their 1996 debut, Curb. However, promotion of the disc was significantly curbed when the band had to cancel a good portion of their touring after Chad Kroeger developed  a cyst on his vocal cords and required surgery. Fans anxiously awaiting new music from the Canadian powerhouse will have to hold out until Feb. 1 when Nickelback will be releasing the new single “Feed the Machine” alongside a tour announcement.

The Lox have been pretty busy of late after signing with Roc Nation and dropping their reunited album. Now they are about to go on tour. The group will launch their “Filthy America…It’s Beautiful” tour next month in support of their album of the same name.

The 20-city trek will start on Feb. 26 in Reading, Pa. and will hit major cities like Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philadelphia and, of course, New York. The tour wraps up on April 8 in Baltimore.

Rumors have been shot down that, Lil Kim, Remy Ma and Cardi B are not joining the LOX on their entire tour. They will perform with the rap trio at a special concert event on Feb. 25 in Reading, Pa. However, according to Ticketmaster, it looks like Brooklyn rapper Uncle Murda will open up for The LOX on several of the group’s tour dates.

GRL recently made there comeback to the music scene during the later part of last year and now they are back again with their latest single ‘Are We Good?’ a sultry, up-tempo dance track an exciting mix of pop, hip hop, dance and RnB. Lauren, Natasha and Jazzy co-wrote the song alongside Issy Beats, Nat Dunn and Hook N Sling. Produced by the talented Hook N Sling who is known for his club anthems and radio records including ‘Love on Me’ with Galantis and his smash single ‘Reason’ with NERVO. ‘Are We Good?’ is one of G.R.L. edgier songs to date with the girls excited to finally share their own music with their fans.

After previously announcing his Strictly Strange Tour 2017, Tech N9ne now releases the majority of the tour routing with other dates and cities still to be announced. The independent music mogul will be making stops across the country, kicking off in Omaha, Nebraska on March 22 and wrapping up Kansas City on June 4. Along for the journey will be Tech's Strange Music labelmates Krizz Kaliko, Stevie Stone, and Ces Cru, as well as gold recording artist and former Strange Music artist, Brotha Lynch Hung.

Tech N9ne and Strange Music have become well known across the United States, and the world, for their unmatched touring operation. This morning, Pollstar, which covers the music touring business, released the full list of dates for Tech N9ne's spring tour here. Pollstar says of the extreme road warrior, "Tech is known for his prolific touring schedules and dynamic live show. He founded Strange Music with Travis O'Guin in 2000, and the label has built an independent empire with a stable of hungry artists, a thriving tour business, and its own merchandise production facilities."

Strange Music had another year of successful albums releases in 2016, including Tech N9ne's The Storm album, released on December 9. It debuted at the No. 3 Independent Album in the country, the No. 4 project on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No. 9 on the Billboard 200. Krizz Kaliko released his Go album in April 2016, which displayed his multi-faceted skills as both a rapper and singer. Stevie Stone will release his new album on April 28 of this year, and rap duo Ces Cru is slated to release its Catastrophic Event Specialists album on February 10. The label is planning on releasing 13 albums in 2017.

Selena Gomez released a short teaser trailer on her Instagram Wed. (Jan. 25) for the upcoming Netflix series Thirteen Reasons Why, which she is producing.

Based off of the New York Timesbestseller of the same name, the series follows the story of teenager Hannah Baker -- who has recently committed suicide -- when her classmate Clay Jensen receives a set of cassettes from her following her death. Hannah explains the cassettes detail the 13 reasons why she took her life -- each being a specific person she says contributed to her decision.

After reading the book herself, Gomez met with her mother, Mandy Teefey, and producer Kristel Laiblin to aid in bringing an adaptation to the screen.

The teaser gives a glimpse at the main leads -- some justifying, denying and regretting their unknown actions -- while the impeccable “Monsters” by Ruelle plays in the background.

Thirteen Reasons Why will premiere on Netflix Mar. 31.
