Ed Sheeran debuted the music video for his current single “Shape of You,” today (January 30), just one week after releasing visuals for “Castle on a Hill.” The video was shot in Seattle, Washington, and is directed by Jason Koenig. In the video Sheeran is training for a fight, along with the help of a fellow boxer-slash-love-interest. “Shape of You,” — one of two new releases from the “Don’t” singer’s forthcoming new album ÷ (Divide) — became Sheeran’s first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 as a performer, becoming only the 27th song in history to debut at the top spot in the chart’s history. He previously peaked at No. 2 with the 2015 hit “Thinking Out Loud,” which stayed in that position for eight weeks. Sheeran also became the first artist to debut in the Top 10 with two songs charting at once, as his simultaneous release “Castle on the Hill” charted at the 6 spot. Fifth Harmony canceled their singing performance at the NHL All-Star game after Dinah became sick and had to be treated by paramedics. Sources at The Staples Center said the girls were getting ready to sing the National Anthem at Saturday's game when Dinah got sick. It's reported that someone from the dressing room asked for paramedics who put Dinah on a stretcher. Dinah was evaluated by EMTs but the decision was ultimately made not to transport her to a hospital. There is no word on what made her sick BUT the Foursome left Staples together.
Several recording artist have expressed their outrage over President Trump’s immigration ban executive order including Rihanna who called him an “immoral pig” on Twitter.
After Rihanna made her tweet about Trump, Azealia Banks responded questioning the Barbados native’s immigration status. “Is she even American???? Can she even vote? We started a war we HAVE to finish or else it will finish us,” she wrote on Instagram. “Trump is simply finishing the job, not because he wants to because he HAS to. If we don’t, terror will spread through Turkey and into America.” But not to be bullied Rihanna clapped back with an Instagram photo of her herself serving major shade at Banks and teasing her about her alleged activities of sacrificing chickens. “The face you make when you a immigrant,” she writes with the hashtags #stayawayfromthechickens #iheartnuggets #saveourhens.” Rihanna posted another picture of a person with the a star-embroidered hood covering his face. “The face you make when you screaming in an empty room,” reads the caption. Banks has responded to Rihanna with a couple of posts calling the Anti singer “dumb” and inviting the singer to her house to cook her some chicken nuggets. Meanwile, RiRi’s fans (aka her Navy) has joined in and ethered Banks on their Twitter timelines. “I been told y’all to ball azealia banks up and throw her in the white trash,” tweeted one fan, while another person wrote, “Can Azealia banks take her irrelevant ass back to the depths of hell plz? Also, take Tiffany Lahren with you.
Fans and frenemies are eagerly awaiting former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello‘s debut solo album, BUT for now a new "leak" has Cabelloers a buzz. A song reportedly called “Love Incredible” featuring Cabello’s vocals leaked online a few days ago. The song, is unconfirmed, but speculated to be a collaboration with Norwegian producer Cashmere Cat for his forthcoming debut album, Wild Love. Listen to track below: Migos just released their new album Culture and have a No. 1 hit song with “Bad and Boujee,” and now their devoted fans want them on the biggest show in the world. A petition has been created on Change.org demanding that Migos perform at the Super Bowl LI Halftime Show on Feb. 5 — and for good reason. Since the Atlanta Falcons are playing against the New England Patriots in Houston, it’s only right that ATL’s trillest group gets the honor to rock the mic in the home state of the trill. Good even suggested that the pre-game festivities would feature performances from Rae Sremmurd, Gucci Mane, Goodie Mob, Ludacris, Young Jeezy and Young Thug. Lastly, Good wants André 3000 and Erykah Badu to sing the National Anthem. “By sing I mean hit Donald Trump with a FIRE 64 bars,” he states. Right now, over 27,000 people have signed the petition, and it will most likely reached the 35,000 signature goal in a couple of days. It's a good bet that, the NFL will probably not change their already scheduled halftime performer, which is pop superstar Lady Gaga. BUT if you want to sign the petition to have Migos perform at the Super Bowl LI halftime show, head over to Change.org. CL is in trouble after sharing a controversial photo of herself posing in a Japanese taxi cab while in Tokyo, a picture that was swiftly met with outrage by some fans on Instagram. The photo, which has since been deleted from her account showed the singer’s thigh-high boots pressed against the glass divider behind her taxi driver’s head.
Many users took offense with CL’s pose, slamming it as ill-mannered behavior in a country in which everyday culture is based on social etiquette. The drama seems to have dissipated in the hours since she removed the original photo. Ramsay Tha Great was assaulted, which resulted in him suffering from pretty bad face injuries in the hospital, where he shared the news with social media. According to TMZ, the robbery and assault incident reportedly took place last week, but Keef was arrested this week when police searched his Tarzana, CA home and took him and one other person into custody. During a video recap of the incident to his fans, Ramsay claims that Keef was armed with an AK-47 when he was jumped in his home. He then said he was going to take legal action, and it looks like that’s exactly what happened Ciara just signed a deal with Warner Bros Records. Ciara jumped ship from Epic, where she released her self-titled album in 2013, as well as Jackie in 2015. In addition, the talented songstress has been quite successful, selling 23 albums worldwide and delivering a slew of hit singles like “Goodies,” “Love Sex Magic,” “I Bet” and others. “We welcome Ciara to Warner Bros.
