Every member of Fifth Harmony now has a solo deal. Ally Brooke celebrated her signing with Latium Entertainment/Atlantic Records on Tuesday (Aug. 28) with a heartfelt post about how the occasion marked the fulfillment of a childhood dream.
"Story time friends... I had a dream since I was 12 years old to be signed to a label," she wrote alongside a photo next to the Atlantic logo. "My parents brought me from San Antonio to LA at that tender age, simply because they believed in me. We didn't have much, but we sure had a dream. We took every meeting, every session, every opportunity imaginable, and worked our behinds off for YEARS. Laughing, crying, sacrificing, hoping, wishing, and praying." Ally also posted a pic (shown above), with what she called her "Dream Team," which includes Atlantic Records Chairman/COO Julie Greenwald, Atlantic Chairman/CEO Criag Kallman, Latium CEO Charles Chavez and manager Will Bracey. On Aug. 5 Brooke hinted that her solo debut was coming, posting a video from the studio where she said she's been "working my tail off on this music." Brooke joins fellow Latium acts MAGIC!, Play-N-Skills and Messiah. Since 5H announced their hiatus in march, Brooke has been a featured vocalist on DJ Topic's "Perfect" and Lost Kings' "Look At Us Now."
