Halsey Releases 'Without Me' Vertical Video on Spotify

On Friday (Oct. 12), Halsey debuted a vertical video for “Without Me” on Spotify. In the video, Halsey sings of a relationship she gave “about a hundred tries” just to be taken advantage of by the time it ended.

It’s the video’s simplicity that underscores the emotional punch of “Without Me,” a song written about her time broken up with boyfriend G-Eazy in July. When Halsey shared “Without Me” on Twitter, her first solo release in over a year, she highlighted how personal the song is to her, captioning the tweet, “Here are my insides. Handle them with care.“

Spotify users can watch the full “Without Me” vertical video here. For those who do not use the streaming service, an official music video will be released at a yet-to-be-announced date.
