Alejandra Guzman has been confirmed as a coach for the first season of La Voz (The Voice), Telemundo announced on Thursday morning (July 5). The Mexican singer joins Luis Fonsi and two more coaches, who are yet to be announced.
"It is a great honor to be a Coach of this prestigious singing competition that will allow us to witness the discovery of La Voz," Guzman said in a statement. "I'm ready to win!" Auditions for this first season of La Voz continue for people 18 and older in New York (July 7); Chicago (July 14), San Antonio (July 21) and Miami (July 28).
